At Nitro Snowboards, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect setup for your next session. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused snowboard, bindings, or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
